Chris Mullin, the Brooklyn-born sharpshooter, rose from St. John's University—where he starred under Lou Carnesecca and led the Red Storm to the 1985 Final Four—to become the cerebral cornerstone of the Golden State Warriors. As a leader of the electrifying “Run TMC” era alongside Mitch Richmond and Tim Hardaway, Mullin helped define late-1980s West Coast basketball with elite shooting, spacing, and pace.

Over 17 NBA seasons, Mullin played 986 regular-season games and scored 17,911 career points, earning five All-Star selections, two All-NBA First Team honors, two Olympic gold medals—including as a member of the legendary United States men's national basketball "Dream Team" wearing #9, at the 1992 Summer Olympics—and induction into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. His legacy is a family man, husband and father of 4, one of smooth moves, precision, toughness, humility, and sustained consistent excellence and class.

William Quigley met Mullin in Amagansett, where admiration evolved into friendship. Having followed his career since the Warriors’ ascent, Quigley painted Mullin in a proud portrait—capturing the discipline and quiet intensity behind his greatness. In tribute to Mullin’s durability and impact, there are 17 Skrapper limited edition prints, honoring wearing #17 for 17 seasons in the NBA. Mullin joins a distinguished roster of Skrappers—icons whose grit, longevity, and cultural imprint define the ethos of the series.
