Created during the 2020 BLM movement as part of a series of 20 works examining democracy, division, and political discourse in America. Quigley personally strives to fight for equality not only by choosing it in his work and subject matter, but by committing year round to charitable efforts focusing on an 80 year old tradition, the East Hampton Artists & Writers Annual Softball Game, which supports The Eleanor Whitmore Early Childhood Center, Phoenix House Academy, The Retreat, and East End Hospice.
Originally showing with Hank McNeil and Manny Silverman in the early 90s, Quigley's abstract works are now represented by The Bonnier Gallery in Miami (featuring artists like Judd, Warhol, and Stella) and Karl Hutter Fine Art in Beverly Hills (showcasing Basquiat, Monet, Twombly, and Lichtenstein).
